How hard is it to switch from Jane?
Our technology partner handles the data move, and Limen helps you get comfortable with the new system.
What does the AI cost?
AI is billed based on how much you use it, across all AI features. A typical full-time therapist uses about $40 a month.
Where is my clients' data stored?
In Canada, with a technology partner that meets PIPEDA privacy requirements.
When is TELUS eClaims coming?
It's on its way but won't be available at launch. In the meantime, you can invoice and take payments in the EHR, and clients submit their own claims. We'll announce the date as soon as it's confirmed.
What happens if I leave?
You can leave anytime. The directory is month to month, and your package price is a price lock, not a contract. Your records stay yours, and you can export them to Excel, just as you can from Jane.
